Mega Life Insurance was registered by the State Registration Service of Legal Entities of the Main Department of State Revenues of the State Tax Service under the Ministry of Economy on 17.09.2019.
On 19.02.2021, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan issued a license No. SF-0003 to the Mega Life Insurance, which gives the right to write life insurance business.
The company was included in the register of insurers-participants of the Compulsory Insurance Bureau on 09.03.2021, and on 12.03.2021, the Central Bank of the Republic of Azerbaijan issued a permit to write "Compulsory insurance against disability as a result of industrial accidents and occupational disease".
On 26.052021, Mega Life Insurance Company was included in the list of authorized insurers for mortgage lending of the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
The authorized capital of the Mega Life Insurance is 11 000 000 manats and the founder of the company with a 100% share is Mega Insurance Company.
